As COVID-19 cases continue to rise, many of us have changed the way we shop. As you can imagine, online retailers are seeing a significant surge, which means that carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS are experiencing a huge increase in shipping volume. Needless to say, it’s taking longer for carriers to deliver packages during this time.
We want to make sure we're upfront about delivery expectations since it’s likely that shipping times are longer than what we're all accustomed to! We’ve updated our order and shipping confirmation emails to reflect these extended timelines.
You might also notice a delay with tracking information updates as packages take longer to move through the distribution facilities with carriers. On average, it’s taking approximately 3-4 days for USPS Priority Mail, and 6-8 days for USPS First Class Mail. UPS shipments may be delayed by 1 or 2 days as well.
We make most all of our goods on site, and this takes time. Please note that shipping times are on top of production times. We try our very best to get things to you as soon as possible.
We expect these timelines to remain in place through the holiday season.
