It's Ok To Feel Things Deeply Coloring Party at Museum of Craft and Design

Posted by carissa potter carlson on

On the third Thursday of each month, collaborate with artists and makers, explore unique themes and re-think materials through creative design projects.

Local author and designer Carissa Potter visits the museum for September's Artist Happy Hour and to discuss the creation of her new book, "It's OK to Feel Things Deeply." Arrive early to enjoy a free glass of wine during her presentation.

Following her presentation, Carissa will lead a thank you note workshop featuring custom illustrated postcards from her book. You bring the creativity and gratitude, we'll bring the stamps!

Additional in-gallery activities include DIY notebooks, collaged vision badges and block printed fabric patches.

Cash bar for guests over 21 • Complimentary drink tickets for MCD members; ID required
