Anxiety often makes us want to run, but what if we sat with it instead?

This deck, created with Kathleen Wonacott, LCSW, asks readers to dig deeper into the roots of their anxieties, so that they can move through them with self-compassion and insight. In five sections—Death, Relationships, Climate, Past & Future, and Money—the deck tackles the most common sources of anxiety that Kathleen has encountered in her practice as a therapist. Each anxiety is then broken down further by what to do in the anxious moment, and what to do in a calm moment.

With 50 cards of prompts, guided meditations, and insights about how to regulate your nervous system, this deck meets today's anxieties with calm. Readers begin to learn how to self-regulate, trust themselves, and quell the everyday anxieties of being human.

Unique and Practical

"I love the unique concept of this wonderful tool. The Deck is comprehensive, with practical and relevant advice and tips, that you can take with you, wherever you go! The categories of Money, Past&Future, Climate, Relationships and Death are common ones that fuel worry and anxiety, and are organized very well. Further, the anxious moment, and the calm moment separation, based on immediate relief vs deeper reflection, respectively is great. The suggestions and advice are user friendly and easy to do, which makes it very handy and practical. The graphic design is lovely too."

Beautifully illustrated and accessible, this deck will continue to invite you to reflect on your life and approach change."

What a fascinating way to

"What a fascinating way to look at things! Not a cover to cover read like a novel, but a deck that lets you explore topics one at a time. This is highly recommended for anyone who has ever experienced anxiety, a relationship, a death of a dear friend or family member. It's a different way of learning which for many is more effective than a textbook. Well done! I can't wait for the next volume!"

The most user friendly anxiety

"The most user friendly anxiety deck I’ve ever used. The option of anxious moments or calm moments is exactly what I need as a generally anxious person. Love the design/art work as well."

Anxiety relief. . . . non pill form!!!

"I received this as a gift and was so grateful for the thoughtfulness of the gift. It resonated with me on several levels. Personally, as a person who deals with PTSD, it provides me with a useful tool to help quiet my soul. Its succinct, straight forward, and professionally curated guidance in a card format is perfect! It gives one a place to focus in an instant with no judgement involved. Professionally, as a teacher for 32 years, I feel guidance counselors and students alike could benefit from this as a tool to deal with the day-to-day anxiety that constantly confronts them. The artwork and format are welcoming. What a wonderful tool in a box!!!!"
