We make almost everything by hand, so sometimes we need a little extra time. Please allow up to 7–10 days for your order to arrive at your door. For wholesale orders, please expect 1–2 weeks for delivery.

If your order includes an item marked“Preorder,” the remainder of your order will be held until the Preorder item is ready to ship to save shipping & reduce carbon.

Orders over $75 ship for FREE within the U.S. via economy shipping. Under $75, rates are calculated at checkout based on the order total and the shipping destination. 

Yes! International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and shipping destination.

• USPS advises that First Class Mail International can take anywhere from 7–21 days to arrive outside of the U.S. 
• DHL shipments typically reach their destination in 2–5 business days. 

Please note: A customs duty fee may be applied upon delivery dependent on the rules in the destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over this and cannot reimburse you for this expense.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window
You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return
1. Navigate to out self-serve Returns Portal.
2. Enter your email and order number to pull up your previous orders.
3. Select the items you wish to return and submit your return request through the portal.

Once we receive your request, we'll review it and notify you of the status. If approved, the returns portal will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label if you purchased Checkout+ at checkout. If you did not purchase Checkout+, The return shipping label will be sourced for you, which you are responsible for purchasing. Drop the item off at the carrier location, and once we receive and inspect your return, we'll initiate your refund to your original payment method.

Free Return Shipping with Checkout+
We offer customers the option to add Free Returns at checkout for a small upfront fee, which covers return shipping so there are no additional costs when returning an item.

- Free Returns cannot be cancelled or refunded after purchase and will not be included in store credit or refund amounts.
- Return coverage cannot be added to an order after it has been placed.
- If Free Returns was not selected at checkout, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item, a defective item, or an incorrect product, please initiate a return through the returns portal right away, and we'll take care of you with a quick resolution.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

International Orders
We currently do not accept international returns at this time. If you have questions about your location's eligibility, please contact us.

If your order was marked as delivered, but you have not yet received it, we ask that you take the following steps:

1. Check with your neighbors or front office (if applicable) to see if the package was left there. 
2. Reach out to your local post office or UPS facility.
3. Contact our team at care@peopleiveloved.comand include your order number. Please report your lost or stolen shipment within 7 days of the marked delivery date. 

Please note: We are not responsible for refunding or reshipping lost orders due to an incorrect address at checkout.

Promo codes are entered at checkout! Type or paste your code in the box labeled“Discount code or gift card,” which can be located by expanding the “Add a discount code or a gift card” box under your “Order Summary,” then click “Apply.”

Only one promo code may be applied per order. Promo codes cannot be combined with other offers. Promo codes do not apply to gift cards.
