How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We make almost everything by hand, so sometimes we need a little extra time. Typically, we ship within the week. Please allow up to 7-10 days for us to get your order fulfilled and shipped out to you. For wholesale orders, please expect 1-2 weeks for shipping.

If your order includes an item marked Preorder, the remainder of your order will be held until the preorder item is ready to ship.

COVID Update: We're working hard to deliver your order as soon as possible while caring for the health and safety of our phenomenal team. As a result, we're only able to have one person in the studio twice weekly to ship orders. Things are a little backed up on our end with many looking to spread a little snail mail cheer! We typically get orders out within 1-2 weeks. For wholesale orders, please expect 2 weeks for shipping.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping on retail orders over $50 shipping within the U.S. with code 50SHIPFREE at checkout. Shipping rates for orders under $50, international orders, and wholesale orders will be calculated at checkout based on the order total and the destination address.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we do accept returns! As long as you request a return within 30 days of when your order was delivered, and you ship products back to us in the condition it arrived. Please email care@peopleiveloved.com if you need to return your product.

Where do I send my product back to?

Once you've contacted care@peopleiveloved.com & have confirmed the return, please mail your returns to:

Please note that return shipping is at the buyers expense. Once you've shipped it back, we'd appreciate it if you could email us to let us know that you have sent it. We will issue you a refund as soon as we receive your shipment.

What should I do if my package is lost?

If you have a package that was marked as delivered but you have not yet received it, we ask you to take the following steps:

1. Check with your neighbors or front office (if applicable) to see if the package was left there.
2. Reach out to your local post office or UPS facility.
3. Contact our team at care@peopleiveloved.com and include your order number.

Please report your lost or stolen shipment within 7 days of the marked delivery date. 

Please note, we are not responsible for refunding or reshipping lost orders due to an incorrect address at checkout.

Do you ship outside of the US?

Yes we do! The cost of shipping will vary depending on the weight of the items you order along with where they are being sent! USPS advises that First Class Mail International can take anywhere from 7-21 days to arrive outside of the US. DHL shipments typically reach their destination in 2-5 business days. If you are curious how much shipping will be, it is calculated during checkout.

Please note: A customs duty fee may be applied when you go to receive your item. Unfortunately, we have no control over this and cannot reimburse you for this expense.

COVID Update: At this time, we've decided to only ship international packages via DHL. While their services are more expensive than others, DHL packages typically reach their destination within one week of shipment, and we haven't had any delays with their services yet.

How do I use a promo code?

Promo codes can be entered during the checkout process. Simply type or paste your code in the box labeled “Discount code or gift card,” which can be located by expanding the “Add a discount code or a gift card” box under your Order Summary, then click “Apply.” Only one promo code may be applied per order. Promo codes cannot be combined with other offers. Promo codes do not apply to gift cards.
